Omni Vanguard is committed to providing an efficient and transparent logistics process aligned with the brand’s standards of excellence. The terms below govern the shipment and delivery of our products.
Origin and Logistics
To ensure the highest standards of quality, innovation and availability, certain products may be dispatched from international fulfillment centers, depending on inventory availability and operational strategy.
All delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to logistics operations, transportation procedures, routine inspections or other external factors beyond Omni Vanguard's control.
Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times begin once payment is confirmed and the order has been processed.
Omni Vanguard is not responsible for delays caused by:
- carrier operations
- customs inspections or clearance procedures
- force majeure events
- periods of high logistics demand
Shipping Address
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Requests to change the shipping address must be submitted to support@omnivanguard.eu within 12 hours of order confirmation.
Address change requests submitted after this period cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, Omni Vanguard assumes no responsibility for deliveries made to the originally provided address, and the customer must contact the carrier directly to seek resolution.
Delivery Attempts and Recipient Availability
If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient absence, incorrect address or other delivery issues, the shipment may be held for pickup according to the carrier’s policies or returned to the sender.
Any additional shipping or re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is deemed lost by the carrier, the customer may contact Omni Vanguard at support@omnivanguard.eu so we may review the case and assist in seeking a resolution based on the information provided by the responsible carrier.
Duties, Taxes and Fees
Omni Vanguard is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by local, customs or governmental authorities in the destination country.
Payment of any such charges is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided for shipment monitoring, subject to carrier availability.
Final Considerations
Omni Vanguard is not responsible for:
- delays caused by third parties
- incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- duties, taxes or charges imposed by external authorities
- address change requests submitted outside the stated timeframe
